Something is always happening at an event, people meet, laugh, discuss, celebrate. I want to capture mainly the atmosphere of the whole event, not just what happens on stage.
Speakers, presentations and award ceremonies I'll photograph, of course, but the moments in between matter just as much to me: a conversation over coffee, laughter at the table, people reuniting after a long time.

How do I shoot?
At an event, I don't want to be one more person the organizers have to worry about. I arrive, get my bearings, and start shooting.
Most of the time I try to stay unobtrusive and capture things as they actually happen, but I also make sure to catch the important moments. If you need specific shots, we'll agree on that in advance.
Before the shoot, we'll talk about what you need.
Every event has slightly different goals. Some mainly need photos for social media. Others want full documentation of the conference. Others need photos for the website, media, or next year's edition of the event.
That way you won't have to wonder after the event whether we captured everything important.

What will you get?
After the shoot you'll get a preview gallery. You choose the photos yourself, and I'll do the final edit on the selected ones.
If you need a larger number of photos or a complete report of the whole event, we'll agree on the scope in advance.
You'll receive the photos in an online gallery, ready for further use.
Photos you can use afterward.
Event photos don't need to end up in just one album. You can use them:
- On your website
- On social media
- In your newsletter
- In printed materials
- For PR and media
- To promote next year's edition
- As documentation of what you created
Event photography pricing
The price depends on the length of the shoot. The more time we spend together at the event, the better the hourly rate.
Up to 2 hours
3,000 CZK / hr
Suitable for shorter events, networking, a press conference, smaller company gatherings.
Over 2 hours
2,000 CZK / hr
For all-day conferences, festivals or parties, the longer, the better the rate.
Multi-day events
Possible
Custom pricing, we'll agree based on the scope of the event and number of days.
Travel 10 CZK/km. Minimum order value outside Vysočina is 6,000 CZK.
