Privacy Policy

1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Mgr. Martina Benáčková, Company ID: 05019460, based at Velký Beranov 225, 588 21, Vysočina, Czech Republic ("photographer", "I", "me").

2. What data I process
When you write to me through the contact form, I process:
- your name,
- email address,
- phone number (if provided),
- the content of your message / inquiry.
If you become a client, I may further process data necessary to carry out the shoot (date, location, billing details) for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and legal obligations (e.g. accounting records).

4. Who receives your data
Contact form data is processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which delivers the message to me by email. I use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze site traffic. The site also displays an Elfsight widget (Google Reviews and Instagram feed) which loads publicly available content.
I never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
This site uses two categories of cookies:

Analytics cookies are only activated after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
6. Data retention
Data from an unanswered inquiry is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data (contractual relationship) is kept for the duration of our collaboration and afterwards as required by law (typically 10 years for accounting records).
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).

8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time, for example when the tools used on the site change. The current version is always available on this page.
